Changing my opinion a bit about this place, got an order placed for pick up and when I got handed my 2 24oz I thought I ordered the wrong size, but I checked and I did order my 2 32ozs, and when I asked for it too be fixed im pretty sure they just mixed In more ice to my old drinks, and sent it, now I absolutely dont mind them using the old drinks, but I thought they'd make another to add in
Don’t get anything with peanut butter at this location. They use Jiff and it makes the whole smoothie taste like Jiff. Use a better quality peanut butter! ESS says “we use the best ingredients available to make the perfect smoothie” right on their cups. I would say this is not true and false advertising.
I don’t ever go out of my way to write reviews but this location has the rudest workers. I put in an online order and one I got there they looked at me like I was disturbing them when they realized they forgot to make it. They also charged me extra for additional toppings I asked for on a bowl but did not add them. This is not the first time we face rude employees at this location.
