I wouldn’t want Wayne doing anything in my home. He’s not trustworthy. I’m not sure what he was doing with his afternoon when he completely totaled my van that was parked. Seems nice at first and then refused to report it to his insurance so then I had to pay for him totaling my van. Kept claiming he would just buy me a new car instead of reporting it to his insurance, very weird behavior. Great way to start off the holiday season in December. Thanks Wayne! Would not hire
Wayne and the team are absolutely incredible! I would recommend Emerald City Sewer to anybody. They are so professional, kind, and have great pricing that is competitive. I had them replace a large chunk of my sewer line when I bought my home a couple years ago, and today, I had to have Wayne come out again for a clog in the pipe. He cleared it, for free, and offered to come back in a few weeks to respray my sewer. Seriously the best plumbing company out there!!!
I want to say thank you to Wayne for his outstanding help. He went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered and that I had the support I needed. From the very beginning, he was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about helping.
Wayne and his team, especially Shawn are great. I had to replace my whole sewer pipe that was really old. First, they came out same day to clear the clog and backup. Then did a great job replacing the pipe including pouring new concrete on my driveway. Everything looks great. Impressed. Wayne and his team were great on all fronts. They proposed a straightforward approach at a competitive price and were great to work with. Good communication, flexible, always on time, cleaned up every day, friendly and no upselling. Would absolutely work with them again and would not hesitate to recommend.
