I wouldn’t want Wayne doing anything in my home. He’s not trustworthy. I’m not sure what he was doing with his afternoon when he completely totaled my van that was parked. Seems nice at first and then refused to report it to his insurance so then I had to pay for him totaling my van. Kept claiming he would just buy me a new car instead of reporting it to his insurance, very weird behavior. Great way to start off the holiday season in December. Thanks Wayne! Would not hire
I want to say thank you to Wayne for his outstanding help. He went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered and that I had the support I needed. From the very beginning, he was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about helping.
Wayne and his team, especially Shawn are great. I had to replace my whole sewer pipe that was really old. First, they came out same day to clear the clog and backup. Then did a great job replacing the pipe including pouring new concrete on my driveway. Everything looks great. We had Wayne and Emerald City sewer line our shared sewer line which was starting to deteriorate. Initially, Wayne worked with me and the neighbor, helping us understand the problems with a sewer scope for free and then gave us a good bid for the work. End result: installation went well and everyone is happy. Highly recommended!
Sewer was in bad shape due to root intrusion and age. I got a few quotes and boy am I glad I did. In addition to coming in cheaper, Wayne told me about an option other companies hadn't mentioned: pipe bursting. In the end this is the option I went with since it seemed superior to a liner in my case given the shape my existing line was in.
