Worst doctor ever!!! I told him I could not hear out of my right ear for 2 months. He told me and my partner to do a Covid test in 2026 and show it to him. When I told him about my ear he said to wait another week to see if it gets better. He asked me to do another Covid 19 test for a hearing problem and I ran out of the kit. He refused to take me and look in my ear unless I had a Covid 19 kit. Though, I had done one less than a week ago. I just tried to get be seen by a doctor here and I was immediately brushed off and told me to go to ER even though my symptoms are mild. The receptionist was very rude and argumentative. She said she doesn’t have to prove that they have patients today even though the clinic is empty. I do hope they don’t experience getting hit by a car in their lifetime
Dr Haney is for 8 years my family doctor and he is so good at it and refer me to specialists.
Very bad customer service.
Doctor is always rushed and wanted me to make a walk in appointment when all I needed was a referral that he had seen me for before. Would then not wait just a few minutes as I was coming after work through traffic from far just for this simple referral. This referral could have been done over the phone without me spending 40 minutes in traffic and wasting gas only for him to not be willing to wait just a few minutes while I am the last of his patients for the day.
