Never thought I’d have to see a cardiologist at my age but so glad my first time has been with Emerald Cardiac. From contacting to make an appointment, to the tests and scans, to the actual consultation - it was a great, seem-less and relaxing experience. Excellent Service. I had a good experience with the staff. They are kind and very supportive.
I was referred to this medical practice and have now decided to go privately instead. I’ve had such a bad experience with this practice. First impression was every-time to call reception it takes 10-15minutes most times for someone to answer the call. My first ECG that was done I had 3 people coming and leaving the room where I was topless for people to walk by with the door opening a closing while I lied there. The dr was good but the reception and ultrasound ladies left a really bad impression.
Worse staff receptionist. So rude and unprofessional. Dr Michael isnt much better. No courtesy at all. If it wasn’t for bulk billing I’ll never attend this centre. Luckily I have a better cardiologist now someone who is professional. No way going back there!
On Friday 18/7/2025, roughly at 2pm, the GP requested information on a medication summary from the cardiologist. After receiving the wrong document, I called emerald cardic for the right summary, only to be yelled at over the phone. She blamed me for something the doctor should have done which was to take a record after every appointment/consultation. She rudely yelled and said “Why didn’t you ask the doctor when u saw him?, You were supposed to do that when u saw him, its not my job to do that” over the phone. Well… HOW WER... read more
