First impression was the phone call where I found the receptionist to be rude and she was speaking over me. Second experience was turning up. This place runs like an unorganised cattle station. Staff walking in while I was having an ultrasound with my gown pulled aside. One staff member coming in to collect her bag before going home where they had a lovely chat about her birthday while I waited on the bed. Very good niece place
I gave verbal feedback but they need to know the room I was in for the ECG n altra sound was freezing!!! Note to others, take something warm to put over your body!!! They need to state that in their text msg before you go!!!
