I had a very good experience at Emerald Cardiac. The staff were professional, friendly. The reception team was helpful and made the process smooth . My cardiologist Dr Kaivan explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions patiently, and made me feel comfortable and reassured during the consultation. Great Experience dealing with the team at Emerald Cardiac. Drs are really considerate and the front office staff too are super helpful. Its All you really need to be honest when dealing with such professionals around health care. Personally giving the Doctors and staff on the phones and at the front desk a 5 star rating. !
Friendly. Bulk billed. That's about it. I had cardiac symptoms so was given referral to see cardiologist. Possible causes of my cardiac symptoms were not thoroughly investigated, just told to come back for stress test after having echo and ECG, which the stress test simply aggravated my symptoms and gave no further answers. Later on from a suggestion from a friend(not even a doctor), he said to check my ferritin levels, which were low and addressing this, alleviated my symptoms. Very very disappointed My appointment was at 10:15 waited for over hour a gentleman had an appointment at 10:30 he was called in before I was they had no explanation about why that gentleman went in before me It’s supposed to be a stress test they just added more stress on top😞😔before it even started That star is for my patient ffs & hopefully I won’t come back here
