Terrible! These guys asked for us to bring the truck in and they would quote us on breaks. They never disclosed the $180 inspection fee which they charged when we declining the job as their price doubled from the ball park quote giving on the phone. Then lied and said my Dad spit on an employee and they called the cops. Lol, I have met more ridiculous people in my life! Be ware, stay away from these clowns!! Even the cops laughed at them!! So sad!!
Very fast service, came in a needed a tire dismounted off the rim and they got on it right away and I was out the door in 5min, very friendly and fast!
Buyer beware of this car repair shop. I took my son‘s 2017 GMC Yukon there and had it inspected for new brakes. One hour later they called me and told me yes it needed rear brakes and they would be around $1800 for a rear brakes. I had a quote from Les Schwab in Yelm to do front and rear brakes for $1800 so I went there to pick up the Yukon and they charged me $179 just for an inspection which they did not disclose at the beginning.
Everyone at Emerald Car Care and Tire Center were very helpful, polite, and understanding... They will now have my service all the time as needed... They provided great service... The price was even reasonable for all the work they did...
