They let uncontrolled drunks live outside the apartments, making noise at night, which can be a danger to families because they are violent; the manager can never control it. Abusive neighbors, and the manager can never do anything to bring order to the place. I called the police and they said it was the manager's responsibility to deal with those issues, but they can never do anything for the neighborhood's safety; there's no security service at night.

When I moved in a few years ago, I posted a very positive review. It has dramatically changed. The manager is missing in action, and does NOT respond to calls or emails. Trash is not retrieved from the ground or common areas. Rec room is gone, used as storage. Laundry closed on weekends. Many people do NOT clean up after their dogs, poop on grass and sidewalks, handicap parking is blatantly abused by people using the spots for their personal cars even though they have parking, so people who really need them, dropping off han... read more

It was one of the best places I lived at being disabled having a ground floor unit with all the amenities an amazing maintenance service amazing and the senior sectionthey did everything they did everything
