They are professional and up front about the policy - no price hanggle, no add on, open to PPI. Before i come, I asked about availability and out the door price, and they were accurate. After I purchased the car, the next day i see it gone from carfax and other sites, so they are timely and not playing bait-and-switch or anything. The car itself is a good deal. Thank you.

I can't say enough good about these guys! I'm 75 years old, and was in a catastrophic car wreck. Our Hyundai Santa Fe was totalled. My Life Partner (80 years old) and son, a car guy, found an older RAV4 in good condition, and at a good price. My family bought it "as is," and drove it off the lot. Best place to purchase your car/Suv. I waited for 1year before I give my review because I wanted to be sure. I came all the way from San Antonio to Houston tx in 2025 Sept to purchase 2013 corolla le(white colour). That was the best decision of my life buying from Emerald auto group.
