Great experience living here the past year. Management was great and very responsive. The neighbors are very friendly.
Justina, the manager, is very attentive, and this is a great place to live with plenty of parking space. For extra security, here’s a tip: you are allowed to install a security camera. Consider placing it inside near your windows and keeping your outdoor lights on. This will help the camera perform better against glare at night - without using the night mode.
I lived in this apartment for almost 3 years and had a great experience. The unit was recently renovated and absolutely beautiful. The location is super convenient—close to all the major stores, the highway, Troy, and Ferndale. Justina in the office was always incredibly helpful with any issues, and TJ from maintenance was quick and reliable. Highly recommend!
