Honestly, this has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Our large apartment complex has been without air conditioning for 66 days, basically the entire summer. What makes it even worse is the lack of clear communication and timely updates. We’ve been left wondering what is going on and when it will finally be fixed. And after all this time, they still don’t seem to have a solution for the AC and heating issues. Living without proper air conditioning for nearly the whole summer has been miserable.
The company techs park their vehicles at home but they like to blast their political beliefs all over the place! If you voted for Trump, you might think twice about using this company. The Palestinian flag is especially weird since Trump helped those people more than anyone!! Lol!!!
We are so thankful for technician Damien who helped us out last night and was willing to stay late to get our AC up and running again. He was professional, communicative, and skilled. Thank you for your hard work, all our employees thank you today!
Had a bad experience they didn’t fix the issue with my ac furnace it took 2 month in half they kept trying to fix it and waiting on parts when parts got here they didn’t replace them they kept insisting to replace my whole unit . They were very rude and disrespectful also the young guy is not licensed at all . I had to hire a different company and they came out and fix it instantly . Save your self from a big headache and back and forth on going excuses why they can’t fix it or wasting your money and time on that company.
