A/C capacitor went out after hours and called Emerald Air. Brody was at my home asap and quickly fixed the issue. Great customer service and expertise.
This is gonna be a long winded review but one that is more than warranted. Back in 2017 I paid over 15,000 dollars for a Two stage Trane 18XL air conditioning system plus duct work. For the first 3-4 years it ran fine then the problems began. Condensate drain backup's that collapsed my ceiling twice due the the installer cracking the pan on install then three compressor failures for three years straight. After the snowstorm in January, we discovered that our geothermal heat pump was malfunctioning, and we struggled to diagnose the exact issue. We received five different diagnoses from three different repair companies, all of which were incorrect. Called this evening around 7pm because my tenants said the air wasn’t cooling and the technician stated they’d be there in 30 mins, then called back 30 mins later and said he couldn’t make it. My tenants go to bed around 8pm so I told them it might be morning. One of the owners who called, said they have a new customer they have to take care of, nothing available in the morning or afternoon either; so “24 hr response” isn’t truly accurate here. 5 owners, 3 technicians, one owner lives 1 block from this address.
