We have had our AC units serviced by Emerald Air for years now. We have difficult units to service and they go above and beyond to make sure everything is running smoothly. A specific shoutout to the Andy for always going the extra mile for our requests and for the front desk ladies for always sounding so courteous and willing to help! A/C capacitor went out after hours and called Emerald Air. Brody was at my home asap and quickly fixed the issue. Great customer service and expertise.
This is gonna be a long winded review but one that is more than warranted. Back in 2017 I paid over 15,000 dollars for a Two stage Trane 18XL air conditioning system plus duct work. For the first 3-4 years it ran fine then the problems began. Condensate drain backup's that collapsed my ceiling twice due the the installer cracking the pan on install then three compressor failures for three years straight.
