Luminaries are my go to. I always have a new design I want to try and they always follow through. I also like that I don’t have to wait a long time. 10-15 minutes average before I get taken to a chair.
They were nice but they chose who they give a discount to. Did not get a 20% discount for my first visit. It was my Bday. A lady actually called and the manger took the call on speaker. The lady said “ Hi, I spoke with you earlier and you told me you give a discount for birthdays”. The manager immediately took the phone off speaker but finished the call while still doing my nails. Again, I have had my number used by someone named Danielle. I think Im going to start changing her appointments. Obviously this nail salon is awesome, because this lady who can't or won't remember her own phone number keeps coming back. 5 out of 5
