Highly unethical and unprofessional.
I have no complaint about the providers here but I will certainly not come back. I had written a rewiew before and had also mentioned some of the problems they have at this clinic (which basically sums up all the bad reviews and more). I took down the bad review because I wanted to give them another chance and because I was promised certain changes. I did see changes which were good. This is the most expensive doctor, I have ever been to in my life. Her staff has to be the worst staff in Georgia. I've been billed 2 times for one month, her so called "management " fee is only another way to get extra money from you. I called 8 different suboxone doctors and they've never heard of anyone charging $300 self pay. If I could find another doctor that does suboxone treatments I would have left her long ago. To make things worse, I overheard her staff saying they won't let people flush the toilets to save money.... read more
I have been seeing dr joan since my son was born in december she is very thorough and answers any questions i have, the nurse's and the front desk associates are very nice my son loves them! My 9 month old is a big flirt with all the staff and they just eat him up, his older brother has been going to dr joan since he was little also she knows what issues his half brother has had and we feel so comfortable with her keeping an eye out for the family.
