I was referred to this clinic weeks ago, I have been calling about to schedule an appointment and at first it was the medication, and then my insurance approval, now is “verification” of I don’t understand what exactly. The approval from my insurance arrived at my home address a week ago. Today I decided to find a different clinic, I will be calling my insurance and my doctor to let them know they need to find a infusions clinic that works in patients in a timely manner. They dont take their patients seriously.
I had a great experience at eMediate Infusion. The staff was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to thoroughly review my health history and made patient safety their top priority, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I had extremely low ferritin levels while pregnant and needed iron infusion. Everyone here is so friendly and they truly care about your well being. I learned so much from the nurse Christian, he was amazing! I’d recommend this place to everyone!!!
