Arika really cares about you. She is extremely genuine and empathic. I’ve never experienced EMDR prior to this, and I found it extremely beneficial.
Arika is a very experienced & skilled therapist. She is an even more effective EMDR practitioner. I feel very fortunate to have been under her care. Arika and her staff are amazing. They truly care about you as an individual. Their ability to make you feel like you matter, is a great feeling when seeking therapy. I have grown so much in my time working with Arika and EMDR nh. I’ve learned new skills on how to set boundaries as well as working through my trauma. I could go on but I won’t! I am so glad I found Arika and EMDR NH. I have been suffering for so long and finally I am in the right place to heal. She is a very good listener, and really connects and attunes to you to bring out what you need.
