Tommy is THE MAN! His attention to detail and genuine passion for his field really shows in what he does. I particularly love that he is always researching new techniques, trying new things and using the scientific method to determine how he works this newfound knowledge into his practice. I cannot recommend Tommy enough if you’re looking to take your healing journey to the next step. I had heard about EMDR but truly didn’t think it was something I personally needed. But as I kept feeling stuck where I was, I decided to gift it to myself this year. It has made all the difference. I cannot speak highly enough of Thomas and his work. When I first came to him, I was in a very dark and difficult place mentally—overwhelmed by trauma and unsure if anything could really help.
