This company seems like a scam and don’t have pretty much any communication. I reached out about a property nearly a month ago and they said they were out of town and never reached back out after saying they’d get back to me the next week. The property still listed today but they say it’s not available, the house is listed for sale and rent and their signs have the numbers taped over and vandalized “For (s)Fale” now I believe it was for a reason. Wouldn’t recommend.
We rented a townhome from Ling at EMD and she was wonderful and so easy to work with. It was a nice home so we didn’t really have any issues but the few things that did come up, she was very prompt and helpful in getting them taken care of. Anyone who has rented before knows how hard it can be to get your deposit back, but she was very reasonable and fair with her deductions which was such a relief. Be aware of this company!! They do very bad business. My fiancé and I tried to get ahold of them regarding a property they were renting in Fort Worth. My fiancé finally got ahold of a guy name Dong or Wong and he was very unprofessional and told us he did not have time to show us the home because he lived in Dallas. That would be fine if he didn’t have his contact info on the property. He told us to find our own realtor to view the home..... ??????
