I had a great experience with the urgent care Gina Semaan who treated me for my neck pain. She listened carefully to my concerns, performed a thorough evaluation, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and she showed genuine compassion throughout my visit. I truly appreciated the excellent care and professionalism they provided. Thank you for helping me feel heard and for getting me on the road to recovery!
Very nice office. Very kind and thoughtful staff. The staff listen and actually care about their patients well being. For the first time in my life a doctor called me the next day just to check in with me about how im feeling. I immediately switched them to be my primary care provider.

Here’s a story I must share …. I pulled into the parking lot of Emcura (Grosse Pointe) at 6:00 Saturday to find a gentleman in the parking lot. I asked if the facility was open. He said no but asked the problem. I told him I had an infected finger - he said “I’m the doctor, let me take a look.” He reopened the clinic and proceeded to treat me.
