I was nervous about coordinating access to our building, but the technician was able to readily interact with administration and was able to install the portable A/C unit in less than an hour. I liked that he clearly detailed the measures to maintain best operation.
Their pricing was more affordable than another quote I obtained. The installation of my AC unit took most of the afternoon but might have been quicker if they had a spare part on hand. I like that the guy was competent and showed me how to make the new system work for me.
Price was reasonable, guy came on time and did a great job cleaning the ducts and vents in less than 2 hours. They did a pretty good job overall but I observed they could have cleaned up the workspace a little better before they left.
The issue was a faulty wiring connection in the old thermostat, and this technician resolved it by checking all the connections before installing the new one, which took about an hour. I appreciated that he explained each step of the process, unlike the first company who quoted me for a complete system replacement without a thorough inspection.
