One of their drivers in vehicle with license plate 49331-NF hit my parked vehicle with myself in it in a grocery store parking lot because he was distracted on his phone. No acknowledgement, no apology, nothing. When I told him he hit the front of my car, all he did was back up and continue to scroll on his phone.
EMCOR Services Betlem is the only name to know when it comes to residential and commercial HVAC work in our area. fluke that they are a titan in the industry. They can handle government projects, Walmarts, pharmaceutical buildings, you name it. It's been an honor to work with everyone there - but Mike, Roger, Rich, and Nick are absolute pros. They are personable, knowledgeable, and skilled. I highly recommend using them!
Top notch organization with prompt professional service, quality products and helpful technicians. They diagnosed a leak in our 40 year old A/C system, explained the pros and cons of repairing vs. replacing, and had a new system installed and up and running within a couple of days. This is the Rochester division of a national HVAC company which handles both commercial and residential products. Our experience is with the residential side, which operates under the name of Emcor Betlem. I don't think they are equaled in the area in terms of expertise and quality of service. We have to used them for maintenance and replacement of our furnace and air conditioning, and emergency replacement of a hot water heater.
