Tried asking one of your employees by the bay doors a question and said don't speak English even tho he said it perfectly in English and started talking to one of his fellow workers as he was having trouble backing into the bay door. Sorry for disturbing them
We work together with Emco Western Supplies with all of our projects. We deal daily with their friendly, and knowledgable staff to make plumbing material selections for new homes, renovations, additions, and upgrades. Thier seemingly endless product supply ensures we can get the product we require. A few of the many reasons we don't deal with anyone else!
They are highly knowledgeable, making it a great place to get parts!
Needed a part for my Kohler fixture and they had it in stock, while all other big box stores did not. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Staff were incredibly nice! First time going to a plumbing supply house today, and had an irrational fear that a small time residential/consumer customer wasn't going to be treated nicely like the big companies placing massive orders. But that wasn't the case here. Earned a customer for life today.
I would like to thank guys at the counter for their efficient and helpful service. They were able to solve the problem I came with, provided me with parts that I required. I came straight from Robinson store, Clarence location, where I was humiliated by their unprofessional and rude behaviour.
