Needed a part for my Kohler fixture and they had it in stock, while all other big box stores did not. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Staff were incredibly nice! First time going to a plumbing supply house today, and had an irrational fear that a small time residential/consumer customer wasn't going to be treated nicely like the big companies placing massive orders. But that wasn't the case here. Earned a customer for life today.
I would like to thank guys at the counter for their efficient and helpful service. They were able to solve the problem I came with, provided me with parts that I required. I came straight from Robinson store, Clarence location, where I was humiliated by their unprofessional and rude behaviour.
Was missing one part from my sink that pops up drain. Nobody else had the part. Very friendly staff. They have what you need!
