Absolutely amazing service today from Jon and Michele. Had an emergency situation with a water tank. They got me a new one ASAP in plenty of time before the plumbers arrived. Thank you so much for taking some of the stress off a stressful situation! I’m forever grateful!

I’ve had an email address for like 30 years and I’ve never had such trouble getting a hold of someone. I’ve emailed Devon on maybe five occasions and she simply does not reply. Not a word. I followup and same deal. I call and she doesn’t pickup. I leave a message and no one gets back to me. It’s unprofessional and frustrating. Good luck getting your warranty covered.
I went into Emco trying to find parts for a nine year old kitchen faucet. I was served promptly by Devon behind the Emco counter. She was convinced my part was a warranty item. I showed her photos of the faucet and she went that extra mile to find the model number of the product. She coached me about calling the manufacturer and wrote the details on a business card for me.
