Came in for some sink parts and tried to buy a juice from the vending machine and it ate my money. I’m a type 1 diabetic and was experiencing a low blood sugar episode and went and saw Melissa at the counter and she gave me her personal can of Pepsi to get my sugars back up. The lady at reception called the vending company and got me my $5 back in no time (I can’t remember her name but she was also fabulous). Got all the parts I needed as well. 10/10, great service from great people and I highly recommend Emco.
