They were great, until I actually needed something. I was ignored by Gretchen Stevenson DeHeer on two calls to her, she ignored the voicemails until I let my HR rep know that I couldn’t get a call back. Then, same day, I get a call back! I was thrown in for a loop through the whole process.
Rx card doesn't even cover basic cheap meds. And payroll benefits, they can't even accommodate direct deposit... 🙄 This all on workmans comp!!! FIND BETTER!!
