Horrible. My child was struck by your client's vehicle back in September 2024 while coming home from school. Now Feb 2025 and STILL NO CORRESPONDENCE. Called the rep in charge EVERY WEEK with ZERO correspondence back. Sent emails, uploaded bills to the indicated email address, made phone calls that led to the rep's voicemail with no call back.
