This company acts in bad faith. Employers Mutual Casualty uses ambiguous language in policies to deny claims. EMC’s commercial general liability polices are stacked so EMC always wins. When our building, we invested our life savings into got knocked down, EMC made it their goal to destroy us. Buyer beware. Do not be fooled by EMC.
