This is the worst company I have ever seen. They lie and they don't even have the decency to contact you back. From the beginning they took four months to even get me a check and they are not honest at all. They will lie and try to railroad out your claim. I have tried to contact them numerous times and they don't even contact you back. They have withheld checks for weeks with no reason at all. I would never want to deal with this company ever. On behalf of a claimant against EMC and Blue Frog storage units for an Accidental "Clean out" and Gross Negligence regarding the Destruction, Damage and Theft of claimants personal property, EMC demonstrates again, they remain committed to their Own behalf and Bottom Line. A pitiful way to 'service clients' with a Flimsy and Frivolous decision to "Deny" claims. This isn't Final .
I have been incredibly frustrated with EMC Insurance throughout my entire claims process. It has been months since I last received an update, and the communication has been abysmal. My agent has informed me that the process is either extremely slow or possibly at a complete standstill.
