Absolutely the worst insurance company I've ever been forced to work with. I was involved in a car accident at 8 months pregnant with someone who had EMC Insurance. My car was totaled, and I was sent to the ER to be admitted to ensure my unborn child was safe. While the Property Adjustment side of the claim was handled quickly, with some slight hiccups that were resolved, the Medical/Personal Injury side has been an absolute nightmare. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not work with this insurance company. Customer service is really unprofessional, they make you wait a very long time before any feedback is given or an insurance agent gets assigned at least in my case it was. There was a lot more why I would give this company zero stars but I am not going to waste my time any more on them.
I had a workers comp claim through them and getting any sort of help was like pulling teeth. Extremely unprofessional and are very straightforward about not being there to help you if I could give 0 I would
