If I could give no stars I would. This is the most unprofessional insurance company I've ever dealt with. I was rear ended by someone carrying this insurance on 7/26 and they never contacted me. I finally called them and got some things squared away. They got me a rental and told me I'd have it until I received my check for my car. The gentleman called me WEEKS later and told me my car was totaled out and offered me an amount but then on 8/15 the rental car service calls me and says I need to return the car that day.
