Worse experience- Melissa from EMC insurance is very suspicious as she was the person to call me as Hyvee claim management. Hyvee is completely aware this happened and came out, took pictures and submitted the claim to its EMC insurance. Melissa sounded very nice on first call and I was so innocent that I just told all the details of what I saw happened. She said wait for about 10 days until I investigate it.
