Richard and Lisa were so helpful and wonderful to work with. I needed a land survey done quickly and they went above and beyond and got me exactly what I needed within my tight deadline. I would highly recommend them for any land surveying needs!
I asked on a facebook group for a surveyor to come mark my property lines and Mr Baldwin reached out. Mr Baldwin was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He did some research on my property and gave me advice about shopping around for the best deal. To be honest I was surprised but he immediately earned my respect. EMC answered my calls and messages promptly. Sadly, they were following a survey which had not been physically marked properly 25 years ago. In 100 degree heat, their crew arrived and worked until all was right. They were very attentive, informative, and courteous. I will use them in the future, and recommend them highly.
I usually don’t write reviews, but i need to for this company! We needed to get a survey done for our house, due to issues with our neighbors, we reached out to EMC, and they got back to us within an hour, and even with their tight schedule they squeezed us in the same day.. not to mention we live in Aiken County. They got the job done good and fast. The crew was very outgoing and nice to us! We would highly recommend this company to anyone !
