Cause we have good embroidery business
I truly can not tell you how awful my experience has been with this store the last two years. From failing to spell names correctly, to printing names on the wrong sized shirts, to failing to meet time deadlines. However, what compounds these mistakes is their inability to own these mistakes and simply labeling it "miscommunication" when there are written records to prove it is far more than that.
