It was a pleasant experience from the moment I entered until the moment I left. I needed a sweatshirt with the word Machine on it. Do you have any idea how hard it is to buy one sweatshirt now a days? They worked with me with the weight of the shirt and the lettering. I was told 7 days. But when I mentioned we play cards on Monday night she told me it would be ready Monday. I was also able to get information on a jacket and another sweatshirt. Looking forward to doing business with them for along time.
I made ONE PHONE CALL to obtain a quote and Embroidme automatically signed my phone number (cell) up for text alerts. Although I was able to unsubscribe it was not appreciated. I made a call, I never texted the company. In addition, a consumer should not be signed up for such lists without them asking. I had planned on bringing a few items to have my Son's name embroidered, but I can no longer support the company.
Awesome experience! My daughter is ready for preschool with her adorably embroidered backpack. Thanks again!
