They made my hats out of the wrong size after I gave them a sample hat for reference, the lines from the embroidery were very shaky and low quality, and yet they refuse to fix their mistakes they just told me to buy more hats. Don’t ever go here unless you want to pay for their mistakes and be left with nothing to show for it

AWESOME service! Rocio is amazing! I have worked with her on several small projects over the years. Her service, work and quality are always outstanding. On my most recent project, she went far above and beyond to find a special pattern in her archives from 17 years ago, and she was able to complete it promptly. She saved the day for me and is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!
Ordered a bunch of hats from Fully Promoted and they went above and beyond! Both Sydney and Rocio were super helpful from the start from picking out the hats, to working with us to make the logo perfect. They were on time and attention to detail was incredible.
