We have purchased several logo hats for our business... They were better than I had imagined. Kasi always does what is asked in a timely manner and with a smile on his face!
My husband and I have had a few hats done by these guys and they always turn out GREAT!
Worst customer service ever. The owner tried to show me one military badge and then put a different one on the hat and yelled at me in front of tons of people including my 2 young children when i pointed it out. I guess they thought I wouldn't notice because when i said something they said they dont even have the one i asked for. Still waiting on my money to be returned to my account. I will never use this company again and actually found what i wanted for half the price elsewhere.
Used them at least three times, they are consistently quick, friendly, and do excellent work.
