Just wanted to put a testimonial out there. I called the folks at Embroidery plus regarding lettering that I needed done on a single T-shirt, as most places will not do this on a single item. The gentleman that answered the phone was very kind and professional. I arrived at the store about ten minutes later closing, this same gentleman saw me at the door and opened up the store to take care of my needs. I think the quality of the products are great. Had to get my daughter some school unforms. However, the customer service is lacking. When I went in to order I had to wait 10 minutes while a woman spoke on the phone at length (she didn't even acknowledge my existence). It would have been nice of her to at least say she'd be a few minutes. Finally, another woman came to help me with my order.
