Was in need of some embroidery work for my fiancées flannel for our upcoming wedding to be used in some wedding photos. Called to get a design made and was set to pick it up the following week. Asked to make 5 flag patches, they didn't do that but they were contacted someone who did and they turned out great, there was someone that didn't want to help (not the owner) us check on the progress of our order and, insisted that they didn't do that even though we mentioned that it was a special order, other than that, Ed was very nice, and everything turned out great
I brought five articles to embroidery plus to have them put on Washburn logos for gifts for my family. The orders were ready and I came in a month later to pick them up only to find out that the owner, Mr.Ramirez, was unsure of their location. After I helped him search his store for almost 45 minutes he then told me that he thought Washburn had taken them by mistake.
