Nice work but poor communication. When my wife dropped off two items she was told ‘it will be $10’ which they even wrote at the bottom of the order form. When she went to pick it up, they charged her $20. When she questioned it they told her they don’t charge less than $10 an item. When she showed them the order form they laughed and said ‘that was for each of the items’ but nowhere on the order form does it indicate that. She ended paying double what she thought it would be.
I called many places looking for someone to embroider our sons uniform shirts. They offered great customer service and ended up being reasonably priced!
buyer beware. I just had fleece embroidered for a blanket that I am making my daughter. I was told the logo would be 15" wide. picked it up today, and not so much. the logo is about 5 1/2 X 10 1/2. Far cry from what I was told and very disappointed. The owner offered no solution. very poor customer service. let me just add that it was $35. pretty pricey for 2" letters and a 3" softball. but hey lesson learned. won't ever recommend or use them again.

Sorry your order was a disappointment to you. Jenny did take the time to print out the layout of the exact embroidery that would be on the blanket. It also printed out in actual size. You were ok with the print out, so other than to change the colors in the print out to what you asked for and add the 3" ball, everything was the same.
Linda had made me a pink elephant for a dear friend Great Granddaughter. What was special, she was named after his daughter, who is the Grandmother to Little Denise. Thank you so much for making a special keepsake tag in "Memory of Denise Christine" Not only was little Denise happy of her Elephant, whole family were so tearful in the what a Keepsake it will be!
Very nice owner and staff, they do great work at great prices and easy to find.
