Horrific Customer Service! – I have been to this store with my husband several times. They are the only place in the metroplex with his specific patches, but never carries the shirt that he needs for his job as an EMT. We have to buy the patches here, then go elsewhere for the shirts. I went in today while I had a few minutes to get my husband's patches, and the geriatric woman behind the counter looked me up and down, and was so very rude when I told her what I was needing. Quality Uniforms We use this company to order our Police, Fire and Security uniforms. The products are always quality and the service has been great so far. We have had some problems with duplicate billing but they always fix the problem promptly. I would highly recommend.
