We had a phenomenal experience working with Embroidery Central. Arlene was a huge help in getting our items ordered. She was extremely helpful we brought coats to be embroidered by them and they not only had a quick turn around for us but they also were able to think on their feet when we had an issue with the company the supplied the coats, they quickly found us a new vendor that was close by and within 24 hours they resolved it. Great customer support from the first phone call until the product was in hand. We had them embroider some employee shirts somewhat last minute and they were able to complete the job MUCH quicker than anticipated.
