Anything beyond a cleaning then I am not interested in visiting the dentist; however, a recent dental issue dictated otherwise. Yanni's (hopefully I spelled her name correctly) beautiful personality made me feel at ease and I was able to relax. She was very professional, explained everything thoroughly, and very attentive to ensure that my level of pain was tolerable. I broke a tooth, of course, it happened on a weekend and while I wasn't able to get into Embrey over the weekend, there was someone to answer my call and schedule me for Monday. Granted, Embrey is not my normal dentist, my normal dentist wasn't open either on the weekend and no one answered the phone but Embrey did answer the phone and understood the urgency and booked an appointment. Very friendly and professional staff. Dr. Ahmed is very thorough and has excellent bedside manner.
I always have a great experience here. The hygienists are friendly and knowledgeable, and the doctors are thorough. Everyone takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly.
