Avoid. Not only will your apartment building not functionally work, Embry will lie to you constantly. I put in a workorder weeks ago about a broken elevator. They responded to say it was fixed. It wasn't and a building with over 300 residents still is relying on one elevator. Today, they sent out an email admitting it was broken and promising to have it fixed within 4 to 6 weeks, after they sent me messages telling me they already fixed the problem.
