No one ever answers. Would not recommend moving into any Embrey run property.
Corporate is the worst of the worst. Very deceptive. No transparency. Can Plant, Tin Top flats, and numerous other properties around town are terribly run. And after you go for a renewal, they will raise your rent up to 50%. Folks the aforementioned properties are Northern and Southern California prices for rent. May as well buy a home or a condo. Stay away.
I live at one of their properties and it has been the worst experience. The leasing staff is not professional in any way shape or form. I have contacted corporate to talk with them regarding this as well as try to get an estimate of when the door, garage, and elevator will be fixed - no answers, no call backs.
I live at Mela Luxury Apartments, management there is new and awful property has gone down hill since the change. I do not recommend it which is sad because it was once a great place to live.
