I've been a client for 5 years. My health insurance doesn't cover Embrasse anymore and they have been very greedy in refusing to refill a prescription I have been on the same dosage even, for over 5 years. Their service rates are through the roof, and their medical providers seem to just be "going through the motions". There is no good reason for the excessive fees charged.

Dr. Hyler is a wonderful Psychiatrist and although it took a minute for me to adjust with him we have wonderful conversations and he is very personable and a great Psychiatrist. With that, Mrs. Castro is also a wonderful therapist and one of the nicest women i’ve ever met. 10/10 great place to go with wonderful reception to add onto it
Service is wonderful, the receptionists always get back to me in a timely manner. I have severe anxiety when calling doctors offices and every time I call they are soooo nice and friendly to me. I finally do not have anxiety when calling them and I am so thankful. They helped me a ton when following my psychiatrist here from another company from figuring out my insurance. I am so thankful for them thank you guys so much
