My husband and I have been going to Shanequa for over two months now for marriage counseling. She has been so down to earth with the therapy she has been given us. Talking to her has opened up past trauma that we wasn’t aware that we had. She has been a God sent to us to navigate and heal our marriage and personal inner self.

My first few sessions were fine. I liked her and thought for once maybe therapy could work for me. I work in healthcare and deal with scheduling and appts all day long. My time is important to me as im taking time off of work to be at these appointments. One day it went south. I had a dental appointment and then therapy. After my cleaning, I went ahead and went to therapy and waited in the parking lot over 45 mins and decided to go on in for my appt a little early and if she could see me sooner, great. Charletha is a phenomenal therapist. I'm so happy she's my therapist. She really listens to you and helps you work through your issues. She's very insightful and helps you see things from other perspectives. Would recommend anyone who is thinking about therapy to go to embracing me counseling and seeing one of their therapists.
