Small family owned business with an excellent director of Nursing who has emotional intelligence. Sue is always calm and composed even if the world is crumbling around her. If i could give 100 negative stars i would! This company is so uncaring, cold and callus its incredible, Especially the owner Rick, no sense of responsibility or remorse what so ever. Horrible human being!! As are the people that sign you up for this hospice service and lie through their teeth. My mom was end stage Dementia and in a memory care facility, she went downhill quickly and her facility recommended Embracing Hospice care to us, with very little time left we went with them bc they were established where mom lived.
