Horrible experience. Would never recommend Embracing Hospice to anyone, not even to an enemy! Staff was cold and indifferent. never initiated conversation or explained what Roxanol (morphine) was being used for or side effects to be watching for. Our family was completely in the dark about every situation there. Waited until the "final hour" to arouse me from sleep to tell me, "You need to wake up .. . it could be any minute now.."
