Sheila is very genuine and real. As a licensed therapist she takes "coaching" to the next level. She has truly changed my life and I would recommend her 100%.
Sheila helps sort through the highs and lows of life, with a very upfront & straightforward approach. Over the last 2 years I’ve been empowered to better navigate relationships and hurdles on the road of life. Finding a therapist who is able to help you look at things from a different perspective and change the way that you possibly are perceiving something is the real deal! I highly recommend her - the no nonsense - do the work approach absolutely works!
