Genuinely the WORST experience of my life. It's been like 9 months and I still have flashbacks and severe trauma. The aftermath of this program made me worse than ever before, ultimately losing motivation and interest in absolutely everything. I didn't receive help, no one listened, and I instead felt trapped. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy. Please don't send anyone there ever.
They accepted my son knowing all of his behavior challenges. Within 6 days I had to pick him up early due to these behaviors and he was discharged from the program. They didn’t even give him a chance and gave up on him! I don’t understand why he was accepted into the program if they kick children out so easily, he was not the only child discharged within that time frame. Embrace U became my daughter's home away from home. When she was discharged she was excited to have accomplished so much but sad at the same time because she genuinely loved going to Embrace U. Rachel made a connection with her that very few have been able to. She was able to love her and push her at the same time. I am still as her mother striving to be like Rachel! I will forever recommend Embrace U to friends and family. Their care is unparalleled, their attention to detail and diving head first to provide the support teens need makes this place truly special. Med management was never forced, but always educational. They took the time to make a special connection with my son which did not go unnoticed. Highly recommend Embrace U. This program is unlike any other in this area. All of the staff are compassionate, friendly & communicate with the parents every step of the way. The improvement I have seen in my child is priceless!
