Embrace has provided excellent care for my oldest. Always exceptional customer service! We flew my daughter home from school in HI for her appt. She had missed one flight and another was delayed due to mechanical problems. So, we were 45 min. late for her appt., but Embrace was great in working with us to get her in. Not only that, but they were able to remove her braces and create a retainer for her all within less that an hr to save us money in having to fly her back in 2 months. Dr K and staff were awesome!!! Josi, treatment coordinator, is super knowledgeable too! Very laid back; we shared many laughs during consultations! We drive 40 minutes to see them... def worth it!
