I would not recommend Embrace fertility based on my experience. I spent almost two years here seeing 2 different fertility specialists and felt like my case was never properly followed. At every appointment, I had to repeat my situation every single time because nothing seemed to be remembered. Instead of being given a clear plan, I was pushed towards IVF that didn’t feel appropriate. My time was definitely wasted here wish I had left earlier !
I cannot recommend Embrace Fertility, Prof Louise Hull in particular but also her amazing team of nurses, admin and just general good people. The IVF journey is emotionally taxing and Louise Hull brings EXCEPTIONAL knowledge backed by even more exceptional genuine care. The IVF journey is not where anyone wants to be, but if you have to be, just go to Embrace, rather than down the road, you will not regret it.
My wife and I had a great experience with Dr. Master. She’s empathetic, caring, and a fantastic listener who made us feel truly supported. Highly recommend her!
Edit: we got an appointment, saw a specialist, we were advised that we needed referrals to other professionals for investigation. We hadn't heard anything so we called 13 days later to check up. The referrals had been written, but still needed to be reviewed, so they still had not been sent to the other professionals, 13 days after our appointment. Ignore emails completely.
