I spoke with the Embr salespeople today at my house, particularly Cameron. My wife and I wound up not going with Embr, because we weren't interested in starting any big projects right now, but I was impressed with Cameron and how he worked and how polite and professional he was. Thank you Cameron!

Well after being told I would be escalated to have our system finally finished after 3+ months we still have nothing. Still pulling from the PG&E team and still have trash and ugly spots where they put the battery in the wrong spot. We have small kids and they left my ladder up and all these small plastic bits all over. I am not even sharing the piles of other trash left behind. EMBR is not proving to be a quality business at all.
The sales folks were very nice and patient and communicative with us. However the installation has been pretty terrible. The first crew made a huge mess, put our battery and inverter in the wrong place (clearly violating city rules) and made big holes in our walls. It’s been months and our system still isn’t turned on, the holes are still there, and I keep finding trash they left behind.
