Absolutely love this gym!! It's definitely a gym for serious lifters. Plethora of equipment, always clean, gregarious staff and good mix of cardio equipment! Plus they keep the place cool with adequate air flow... important in this humid environment!
Super well equipped facility with free weights, machines, cardio equipment +. It also has lockers and showers which is great for busy people. I just joined, but I already know I will become a regular.
More TVs and clocks in the gym. Also some of the equipment is needing maintenance. They also need to expand the hours in the evening.

Everything you need is rolled into one. Private trainers, Quality exercise equipment, Spin & HIIT classes, Boxing & Kickboxing classes. It's really an amazing environment.
Coming into Into the gym you automatically feel as if the atmosphere is set for individuals serious about their health. People here to take their workouts seriously but also have fun at the same time, it’s an awesome family/working environment.
